ABOUT ME

 

 

I have always been very keen about exercise and fitness. When I was young I was an amateur boxer and footballer which completely filled my life. However as I got older there came a time when I was no longer able to continue those pursuits. I was left with an emptiness that I needed to fill. It was then that I discovered I had a passion for running. I loved it so much I was running at least 35 miles a week, taking part in 10k runs, marathons and half marathons.

 

In 2010, when training for a marathon, I was introduced to yoga. I thought that yoga would be a good exercise to help with stretching and my overall flexibility. I thought this would improve my running times but I had no idea just how much it would change me.

 

I found that yoga had a transformative effect on not only my body but also my mind and soul. Yoga completely changed my view of the world and outlook on life.

 

It had such a profound effect on me that I wanted to share its great benefits with others. Through my pursuit and affinity with yoga I was eventually drawn to studying Ashtanga Vinyasa flow in Goa and the Himalayas where I learnt to teach the art. I made many trips to India to develop my craft further.

 

I want to share the benefits of yoga with you. Whether you are a sceptic or convert I want to show you how yoga will change your life forever.
