I am available for one to one classes that can be conducted either in your home or a studio. In either case all equipment will be supplied. I am a member of the Yoga Alliance and can provide therapeutic yoga for many specific injuries. I am also and fully insured.

Home Visits

I can visit you anywhere within a 5 mile radius of Eastbourne and will bring all the equipment required for the session. The price for a home visit is £55 an hour (I can travel to extended distances for travel costs incurred).

Studio Hire

If you would prefer to train in a studio in Eastbourne I can arrange the venue and supply all the equipment for the session (requires advanced notice). The price for studio hire and training is £70 an hour.
